Fleetnik Dealer operations

Privacy & analytics

Useful traffic insights, with deliberate limits.

Fleetnik uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not prevent you from using Fleetnik, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button.

What we measure

  • Traffic source and campaign tags on public marketing pages
  • Aggregated browser, device, country, and page-view information
  • High-level product areas and screen names, such as sales or purchases

What Fleetnik does not send

  • Email addresses, customer names, or employee names
  • Dealer subdomains, database record IDs, or reset tokens
  • Invoice amounts, sale values, payment details, or document contents

Optional AI lead optimization

When a dealer enables this feature and an authorized staff member chooses Optimize lead, Fleetnik sends OpenAI the vehicle requirement, lead stage and source, redacted recent activity, limited accessible inventory facts, and internal identifiers used to trace that request. Fleetnik does not include the lead's name, email address, phone number, payment details, documents, or confidential vehicle cost floor. OpenAI processing is requested with response storage disabled.

The result is a private staff suggestion. It does not change the lead, reserve a vehicle, or contact the customer automatically. Dealer staff must review every recommendation and message draft before using it.

How authenticated screens are protected

Dealer, customer-portal, and platform pages are reported using synthetic Fleetnik page categories. Their real URLs, subdomains, query strings, and record identifiers are not included in analytics page views.

Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. You can review Google's privacy policy.
